check_smart: Version 5.5 released (run plugin outside of nagios plugin dir)

A new version (5.5) of the Nagios plugin to monitor hard drive's SMART values, check_smart.pl, was released yesterday. 

The new version allows the plugin to be run outside of the Nagios plugins dir. On Linux this is mostly /usr/lib(64)/nagios/plugins and on FreeBSD /usr/local/libexec/nagios.
