check_infoblox: New check type dhcpstat

The monitoring plugin check_infoblox is only a couple of days old, but nevertheless it has already received the first contribution from a user.

Chris Lewis added a new check type: dhcpstat. As the name indicates, this check type is used to monitor/display the DHCP statistics.

The plugin was updated and the new version (20151030) contains this new check type.
